Dongting Huang(Dong/DongDong)
Dong(b. 1999) is a London-based visual artist and multidisciplinary creator whose practice spans moving images, performance, installation and painting. Navigating the absurdities, contradictions, and surreal distortions of modern life, Dong explores themes of social anxiety, identity, and the complexities of human existence. Fascinated by the tensions between fragility and resilience, their work often reflects on the body as a field of memory and transformation. Drawing from personal experiences of illness and medical intervention, Dong traces the invisible processes—emotional, physical, and psychological—that shape our understanding of the self.
